this is my collection of links to sites i like browsing, frequently use, or just wanted to share! they are external sites, so they are completely unrelated to me, i just like them and want to keep track of them here, maybe get some other peoples interest in checking them out along the way. i also included sites that have programs that i like

cobalt logocobalt is the best media downloader ive ever used, super simple and doesnt use any sucky stuff like trackers, ads, etc. you can use it to download media from tons of different social & media platforms, and you can download your media in both an audio format or video format. it also supports downloading media in various resolutions, encoders, file types, etc

ynop logoyume nikki online project is an amazing site & project where you can play yume nikki and multiple yume nikki fan games in your browser in both multiplayer and singleplayer! it fully supports save file functionality, has support for multiple languages, the games are kept up to date, and more. in the past, yume nikki and its fan games have been known to be very difficult to get working sometimes, and its caused a lot of people to not actually play them even if they wanted to just because of the technical barrier in making the games actually functional, but with ynop that is no longer an issue at all, you just choose the game you want to play and then its ready to go, super simple!

w3schools logothe classic, w3 is an educational site that teaches about coding and it has been the backbone of my journey making this website. it has lots of visual examples, courses, resources, templates, tutorials, etc, and it provides this for SO many coding languages. just a helpful resource for learning more about coding, especially for learning the basics

a simple and open source site that plays and shuffles youtube playlists! youtube sucks at shuffling playlists, especially large ones & when casting to devices, so i use this site to listen to my music playlists in a properly shuffled order, absolute life saver. if u have any troubles loading the playlist, just go back to the home page and click the restart icon next to the playlist and give it a little, then it should work again c:

fourmilab logothis is a super cool page on a super cool website that you can use to view and explore real time imagery of the earth, moon, and planetary bodies! there are tons of options you can use to change and specify what you want to view, and you can even switch between different sattelites, altitudes, points of view, maps, times, and much more. you can also customize a specific view, and save it as a bookmark! theres a lot more fun stuff on the rest of the website that covers lots of other fun topics




pose maniacs

posemaniacs logovery useful pose reference site that has 3d renders of lots of different poses that you can change and customize in lots of ways. you can change the figure type, lighting, angle, grid lines, etc. if you have clip studio paint v3.0 or higher, you can even open the poses inside of clip studio paint, that is so dope!! the site also has drawing exercises, tutorials, resources, and more

glaze project logothis site provides tools/programs that can be used and applied to artwork to protect it from invasive generative ai! the team behind the glaze project have released multiple tools that each serve their own purpose, described as: "Glaze, a tool to disrupt art style mimicry, Nightshade, a tool to disincentivize training without consent on scraped images, and WebGlaze, a free web service to make Glaze accessible to artists with limited computing resources" all of it is free to use, and i highly recommend it for any artists who post their art publicly
